2009 NYSTA Annual Conference & EXPO 6/1/2009  to  6/4/2009
NYSTA Annual Conference & EXPO

Dear NYSTA Associate Member:

Here is your Associate Member Exhibitor Early Bird Registration and Sponsorship Prospectus for NYSTA’s 2009 Annual Conference & Expo. This year’s event will be held June 1 – 4, 2009 at The Conference Center Niagara Falls in beautiful Niagara Falls, New York. In response to our Associate Members, the conference starts on Monday evening, June 1 to avoid Sunday travel and concludes Thursday, June 4 at noon. Niagara Falls, along with the all of the networking events we have planned, is a perfect place to discuss with your current and future customers what the $7.2 BILLION Dollar Broadband Stimulus package means to them.

New also this year, we are providing an opportunity to lower your costs by providing a limited number of table top displays at a reduced prices along with our normal 8x10 full booth and double booths. Be sure to check out the floor plan before registering (Spaces 1-46 are 8 x 10 Booths and 47-72 are Table Top).

In addition to having all meetings, receptions and dinners in the Conference Center (most food and drink this year are included in your registration fee instead of your hotel fee, see registration pricing for details). NYSTA is providing advance registration for exhibitors and sponsors via this prospectus. Registering now will ensure that you register at the lowest early bird rate available, while giving you ample time to let your customers know you will be at the Expo.

The annual Welcome Reception will be held on Monday evening from 5:30-7:30pm in the Conference Center. This event, which will include plenty of food, is included in your registration package, and will allow you the opportunity to meet with your clients in a relaxed and comfortable setting, while still providing enough time for evening activities, including dinner at one of Niagara Falls premium restaurants, a tour of the falls at night, a visit to the Seneca Niagara Casino, or a trip across the Border into Niagara Falls, Canada for some all-important networking. For passage into Canada, please remember that you will need to produce a passport, an approved Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative document, or if you reside in New York, a NYS Enhanced Drivers License. Other states may have a version of this license, check with your home state’s Department of Motor Vehicles.

The Opening General Session begins on Tuesday morning, followed that afternoon by the all important Vendor Expo and Customer Appreciation Day. The Annual Banquet and Reception will be held that evening. Having this event on Tuesday Evening will allow more Associate Members to attend and network with the industry. The very popular concurrent workshops will take place on Wednesday morning followed by other great networking opportunities, including the Annual Golf Tournament at the beautiful Niagara Frontier Country Club, a private facility near Niagara Falls (www.niagarafrontiercc.com), and the always fun Annual Fishing Tournament. Not interested in either of these activities? The Association has also arranged a luncheon & cruise on the Maid of the Mist. The Awards Dinner will be held Wednesday evening (seperate charge for attending this dinner), which in addition to the Golf and Fishing Awards, will include the ITPA Scholarship Awards.
