Here is your Associate Member & Exhibitor Early Bird Registration and Sponsorship Prospectus for NYSTA’s 2008 Annual Conference & Expo. This year’s event will be held June 1 – 4, 2008 at The Turning Stone Resort & Casino in Verona, New York.

In an effort to provide increased exposure to those who exhibit and sponsor at the Expo, the Association is providing advance registration for exhibitors and sponsors via this prospectus. This will allow you to save money as well as promote to your customers your attendance and sponsorship at the Expo.

Our annual Welcome Reception and Dinner will be a held on Sunday. This event allows you the opportunity to meet with your clients in a relaxed and comfortable setting for some all-important networking. After dinner, join us for an evening filled with music and dancing to the sounds of the band “Rooster”. The Vendor Expo and Customer Appreciation Day will follow the Opening General Session on Monday morning. The Annual Banquet will be Monday evening, which will allow more Associate Members to attend. The very popular concurrent workshops will take place on Tuesday morning (please click on the Workshop Submission link to submit your workshop idea) followed by the Annual Golf Tournament, which is also a fabulous opportunity to network with your current and prospective customers. The Awards Dinner will be held Tuesday evening, which will include the ITPA Scholarship Awards.

Once again the ITPA will hold and a live Auction to benefit the ITPA - the date of the auction will be announced soon.
