Bob Puckett is responsible for the overall operations of NYSTA. He directs the development and implementation of the Association's business plan and represents the telecommunications industry at the Public Service Commission and various other state agencies, as well as the Legislature. Bob joined NYSTA from the telecommunications consulting firm of John Staurulakis, Inc. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Mt. Saint Mary's College and a Masters of Business Administration from the George Washington University. Bob joined the Association in 1987.

Carol Hill

Carol Hill is responsible for management, development, use and maintenance of the statewide tariff and related material concurred in by member telecommunication companies. Carol also assists in representing the Association in activities before the Public Service Commission. Carol joined NYSTA from the law firm of Bennet & Bennet in Washington, D.C., which represents numerous rural Independent telephone companies from around the country. Carol worked extensively on FCC filings on their behalf. Carol joined the Association in 2000.
