Robert R. Puckett, President
Bob Puckett is responsible for the overall operations of NYSTA. He directs the development and implementation of the Association's business plan and represents the interests of the NYSTA member telecommunications carriers before the public and various state and federal governmental entities.
Bob joined NYSTA from the telecommunications consulting firm of John Staurulakis, Inc. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Mt. Saint Mary's College and a Masters of Business Administration from the George Washington University.
Carol Hill, Regulatory and Member Services Director
Carol Hill is responsible for monitoring state and federal regulatory issues and development and execution of NYSTA’s educational forums and seminars.
Carol joined NYSTA from the telecommunications law firm of Bennet & Bennet in Washington, D.C.
